When you tole/decorative paint start with the right mediums for the surface you have choose to paint on, If you are painting on wood, use Delta Ceramcoat All Purpose Sealer. Follow the directions on the bottle. Then when you base paint if you sand between each coat of base color with a piece of brown paper bag, you will have a very smooth surface to paint on when adding your detail work. Then if you use Color Float Medium and or Gel Blending MediumĀ  by Delta Ceramcoat, then your detail will also be smoother and easier to apply.

If you paint on other surface such as tinware, metal, old recycled products, you will want to use Surface Conditioner before you paint.

Happy Painting to You All
